Help with a character design~?

Gonna copypaste the description because I'm lazy and I don't want to force you to click that link:

"Oh hey this is a character of mine. He's generally pretty well-defined, but I do have a tiny tiny problem with him.

His hair.

I have no idea what to do with his hair.

Help? I drew a few possibilities and the basic structure of his body, which should, well, help. Additional info: he is a jerk villain and... kind of supposed to look fox-like."

Ffffft, I've tried giving him foxy hair, but I... can't make it work. Might as well ask, though... is his foxiness visible in his face?

Hrmmmm Lang's hair is foxylike. Perhaps you could model it from him but make it a bit silkier? As for the foxiness... I'm not sure. I mean, typical foxy characters have even smaller eyes. Gin from Bleach, for example. I'm not sure what are you aiming for--the literal part of 'foxy' or just being villain!

Hahahahah, I do try to make his eyes slanted, but I fail so hard at it ffffff. I need to look for photo references of asian people and draw them. I-I DREW FOXES FROM REFERENCE THE OTHER DAY IT WAS TERRIBLE BUT I'M SURE IT HELPED TOO.
